This cottage style property is well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

There is a full grass covered outdoor area which has a covered deck area, Gas BBQ, outdoor furniture and washing line which are available for use.

Perfect for use as a base to explore the local area, wineries, walks or to unwind after attending one of Mudgees many events.

The property is a good size, comfortable, three bedroom single storey house with easy access to local amenities including supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, pubs and shops.

There is an open plan lounge area with an HD TV, large comfy sofa, local information guides and magazines.

Kitchen facilities include a microwave, toaster, electric oven / grill / hob, coffee machine, rice cooker, fridge freezer and pantry selection including breakfast items, oil, vinegar etc.

There is a fully equipped utility room with an iron, washing machine and stick vacuum.

The master bedroom has a king bed and the other two bedrooms have queen beds. All have built in wardrobes, cooling / heating units and bedside lights.

The bathroom has a tub, a shower, toiletries and a hair dryer.

This home is set up to host a maximum of six adults or a family in comfortable surroundings.
Furry friends are welcome, all we ask is they are kept off the sofas and beds.

Guests have access to the entire property.

We have secure automated check in, with responsive online and local in person support available throughout your stay if required.

Property booking and support communication available in Spanish.
Maximum occupancy for the property is 6 people.

Pets are welcome however we ask that you keep them off the sofas and beds.
We also ask you clean up any of your pets deposits from the property.

Air conditioning units work best (and keep yours and other guests prices down) when they are operated between 18 and 23 degrees.

If anything is damaged please let us know so we can address it.

We are not a hotel or large group of Airbnb`s - we have three locally owned and operated properties.
