We had a great time I paid for a late check out at check In 2 pm At 12 pm I tryed to access my room with 3 kids Could not enter Customer service had me on hold for 37 minutes I finally found a cleaning lady who let me in Slightly annoyed But all in all had a good time

I booked a fireplace family room to celebrate my birthday with my baby and family. After getting to the room I saw no fireplace. I had to call the front desk to be told there was a maintenance issue with the room I actually booked. Not sure if that was the truth or they gave the room to someone else due to us checking in a bit later than check in time. I did voice my frustration with the supervisors and was advised I would be refund the difference. I still think that wasn't a pleasant experience especially because thats not what I booked for and i should've been advised that so that i had an option to go somewhere else due to them not having the room I booked for. Then to make it worse. There was a cockroach in the bathroom when we were trying to take a shower. I was only staying one night so at that point I just avoided the room as much as possible and tried to enjoy my birthday. I wouldnt do it again though

Nice layout and nice options for food and entertainment. The water park was clean and well run. The hotel room was large and clean. Could use some little fixes here and there but nice overall. The checkin was a bit tricky with a long wait and our room not ready on time (4pm). I wouldn’t spend more than one night. We went with 3 kids (11,9,5) and the park was great for all of them.

Winter break 2025

We would like to give a huge thank you to the valet staff at the great wolf lodge poco mountains. The day of our arrival we encountered a flat tire and R.J. went above and beyond to make sure that the rest of the trip could be spent enjoying the property with my daughter and my mother and not stuck in a tire shop. The local tire shop was great also. Thanks !

Great hotel, clean room and several ammenities for kids. My only compaint is the amount of chlorine used on the water park. I was not able to stay more than an hour due a rash caused. Maybe the combination of the chlorine and the warm temperature created a difficult enviorement for me and my son. I feeled as soon I entered to the park area.
