The hotel is located right next to Reading Terminal Market which has so many wonderful vendors for food and goods. We were able to upgrade to a suite with our Bonvoy account which was beautiful!

Everything about this property was great the location the people that work there everything except for the fact that there are two elevators and probably 4000 rooms they’re supposed to be six elevators working or at least four, but there were only two me and my best friend had to walk down 16 flights of stairs to get to places on time.

I read the email very throughly and it appeared that there was limited onsite parking and valet. Turns out there was only valet parking for $70 a day. Fortunately we used the spot hero app to find a cheaper option. By the next morning we had to call the front desk because our room would not get cool all night. They had to send up the engineer to fix it. Lastly we brought plenty of snacks and four salads and put the refrigerator just for them to spoil because the refrigerator wasn't working and was actually hot
