The apartment upstairs has a bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with single bed, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a kitchen (kitchenette with electric stove, dishwasher, fridge freezer, kettle and coffee maker) and a living room with modern leather furniture, armchairs with sleep function and TV. The balcony is accessible from the kitchen. Balcony furniture is available. 

The new building is located in the district Oldersum and offers five modern apartments. The ground floor is apartment 2 for two persons with terrace (about 60 m²).
