Apartment was very clean and all in good condition. Is much nicer staying in an apartment vs a Hotel when staying downtown for a few days. Great area to walk to restaurants and Metro. Balcony was very big for the size of the apartment and was a pleasure to sit out on during the evening. Highly recommend this location.

Overall, a modern & a clean hotel, located in downtown Montreal with a Metro station around the corner. Fully-functioning kitchen with a dishwasher in addition to a washer & dryer are a definite plus. Good job, Sonder - hope to visit again.

We enjoyed the floor-to-ceiling windows of every single wall, a huge wrap-around balcony with an eating area and a hang out area, & the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on in a hotel! The washer and dryer made travel easier and the fridge and dishwasher made it easy to eat in when desired.

Sonder Maisonneuve Apartments

We had a great time staying at the Sonder Maisonneuve Apartments. The location was excellent. One block away from the nearest Metro station and close to many restaurants. The only issue that we had was with the parking garage across the street. The garage is currently closed for renovations. If you have an SUV, you will need to find a garage nearby that meets the height requirements of an SUV (not easy in Montreal). If you have car, there is a 2nd garage further down Rue Mackay where you can park but its not good for large SUVs. We ended up parking 10 mins away from Sonder.

Beautiful property - very close to the Metro, restaurants and even a couple of small grocery stores within walking distance. Very convenient for our weekend in Montreal. Some street noise at night but expected based on location. The ear plugs and white noise machine were nice touches, as well as blackout blinds. The complimentary coffee was also a perk. Would definitely stay again!

Entrance to the apartment building was very easy. The unit was clean upon arrival, and it had everything we needed that a hotel would provide - but better! The balcony view was amazing, and the traffic noise was minimum. We were impressed by the sleek and modern design, and the beds were quite comfortable. I already booked our next stay!
