Conditions at this rental were unacceptable and embarrassing and quite clearly do not meet even the lowest threshold of quality standards. I was shocked by this rental not “Luxurious “ as promised and regretfully, had to remain in it due to a pre-planned weekend. Under any other circumstance, I would have left immediately.There was a complete lack of hygienic attention and oversight - the unit was filthy and had clearly not been cleaned between stays, let alone deep cleaned, ever. There were also integrity issues with structures and fixtures. This rental should not be available to guests in this condition and requires immediate attention . Champagne splatters on the wall from a past party and black/brown mold all over bathrooms is not a good look and is a health and safety concern. Tape up windows, dirty walls throughout with boogers on them, broken lamps on nightstand that don’t turn on, stained chairs and sofas, and the list goes on…The pictures are horrific. Also the false advertisement of parking on site when it’s in fact a 10min walk in -20 weather is simply unacceptable. Tv Cable/Satellite being advertised is also a lie.
