Quiet family neighbourhood, neighbours can be grumpy at times but they don't bite - be mindful of the noise levels to win their hearts.
The property does not feature a private parking. But this has yet to be a problem, as there is plenty of free street parking available (make sure to check your arrival information to better understand the signages to avoid fines).

The maximum occupancy of the unit must be followed at all times.
If the number of people exceeds the number registered initially, without notice to the landlord, a fee of $ 70 per person/ per day will apply automatically. Breakage and damage must be reported to the landlord as soon as possible.

Beautiful apartment. The first evening there I realized that none of the lights in the main area would turn on. I mentioned this the next day and was told someone would come by to check it out. No one did. Every day after that I asked for help turning on the lights so my family didn’t have to sit in the dark in the evenings. Every day I was told someone would come by. No one ever did. I would not stay at another property managed by the same people due to inattentiveness.

Great location - NO parking on-site
We loved the location and how big the place is, however, the listing stated parking on-site. There is NO parking on-site. There is street parking for 9-12 a day and lots a couple of blocks away. This changed our plans to drive around the area as we were nervous about trying to find parking. Additionally, there were lights that flickered so we couldn’t use them. And the coffeemaker didn’t work, which cost us a few dollars a day.
