The villa of 200m2 is located on the heights of the village at the end of a dead end. In direct proximity of the pine forest and oaks.
Modern, has all the necessary comfort for a quiet stay but close to shops and activities.
On the ground floor large living room of 60m2 open kitchen with views of the pool and the old village up to the sea. Parental suite, laundry.
Upstairs, mezzanine, 2 large bedrooms with double beds with adjoining bathroom + toilet.
Fenced plot, automatic gate and videophone. Possibility to park the vehicles on the property. Large 8x4 swimming pool, large terrace on teak stilts, garden furniture and worms, grilled barbecue area and covered terrace for lunch sheltered from the sun.
