Husband and I left Arches NP near dark with nothing planned for the night’s sleep. We’d been camping in our ProMaster van with the occasional hotel. About 8pm on Friday the 13th I opted for hotel an hour from Moab. The Inn at the Canyons beat all my expectations for a great price! Half the price of most of the well known chains nearby; and it had a newly renovated, very clean room with a good continental breakfast. Great staff! Would definitely recommend the hotel.

Room was clean and in good condition. Lobby and breakfast area were e nicely appointed. Also offered a pet walk area and pick up bags. Only complaint is that Expedia website did not disclose a pet fee. Because I reserved a pet family room that charge should have been disclosed during the reservation process. Hotel sounded surprised that I did not know there was a pet fee, but my guess is they're well aware with other customers also being surprised because it's not on the website.

This was clean and comfortable plus their pet fee is very reasonable at $20. They have a limited breakfast in the low season but we found it more than sufficient. The only negative is the pet room smelled like pee. I understand the need for pet rooms but would prefer they not smell.
