It was infested with bed bugs and absolutely disgusting… very dirty it had never been cleaned… cobwebs and stains on sheets pictures hanging off the wall

I book sun through thru I arrived a day early, and was charged 29 dollars more than the packaged rate for the subsequent 4 days. i understood because it was the weekend. That room had roaches crawling on the TV stand. I had to leave the property from 11-3pm despite having an upcoming 4 day reservation. I couldn’t just stay in the same room. Coffee in the lobby EVERY DAY was made at 7 am that morning. Found that out on the second day at 11 pm. I asked if he could make coffee. He refused. It seemed to be an inconvenience to him. Walked a mile to get coffee once during my stay. The next 2 mornings housekeeping knocked on the door at 8:30am and 9:08, and I told them I was staying over. They seemed angry. I returned to the hotel that evening and the next to find that the room had not been done.I told him I was staying over again. Night staff agreed to let me leave me two bags behind the desk because I had an all day appoint that ended at 7pm, He agreed and said it would be no problem and that they offer this courtesy to some guest. I asked to leave a note for the morning staff and two nights in a row he said he would leave the note. The day of checkout the front staff refused to let me house my bags. Irate!! Had to take all my personal bags to a job site. So embarrassing. Horrible staff, poor logistics. Had to inventory my bags because I didn’t want to take any additional travelers home with me. I think the first iron was from the 70s and 2nd burned.

The desk was very friendly and accomodating. The only complaint was the smell of stale cigarettes in the room. Coffee was good at breakfast. Great location.
