Beautiful building

A beautiful building and fabulous host. However, the TV needs to have satellite to enable non-Italians to watch TV in the evenings. Very limited facilities in Monterubbiano and car is a necessity.

The real Italy. We had a really nice stay in Kathryns house in lovely Monterrubbiano. The communication was very good, Kathryn is a great host. Grazie per tutti.

Amazing family vacation!

We rented Kathyrn’s house in Monterubbiano for 1 week and we were not disappointed. Kathyrn is a gracious host and communication with her was quick and easy. This is a beautiful medieval house in a medieval town set in the picturesque Aso valley in Le Marche region off the Adriatic coast. The house was fully equipped with all modern day essentials we did not miss anything. The highlight is the large balcony overlooking a beautiful vista. The house is about a 15-20 minute drive to the beach. It is a great location to visit other medieval towns and numerous beaches. We were looking for an authentic Italian vacation and we found it in Monterubbiano. Thanks Kathyrn! Hope to see you again soon. Ciao

Sehr schönes Haus in wunderschönem Ort

Das Haus ist sehr schön, die Fotos zeigen den Zustand recht gut. Offensichtlich wurde das Haus vor wenigen Jahren von Grund auf und sehr qualifiziert renoviert. Die Terasse ist wunderbar mit einem tollen Blick in die Berge. Wir waren im Juni dort, jedenfalls zu dieser Zeit sollte man einen Mückenschutz dabeihaben. Die Küche ist sehr gut mit allem, was man braucht ausgestattet, die Betten sind bequem. Das Haus war auch sehr, sehr sauber. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war top, sehr freundlich und sehr schnelle Reaktionszeiten. Das Haus verfügt über insgesamt 4 Ebenen, das sollte man vielleicht wissen. Man kommt vorne rein ins Wohnzimmer. Vor dort geht eine Treppe rauf zu den drei Schlafzimmern und einem Bad. Vom Wohnzimmer geht eine weitere Treppe runter in die "Zwischenetage" mit einem Durchgangszimmer, einem Badezimmer und Wäscheraum. Diese Etage ist nur ca. 1,80m hoch, so dass große Leute nicht aufrecht stehen können. Dann gehts von dort eine Etage tiefer in die Küche mit Esszimmer und von der Küche hat man Zugang zur Terasse. Das Dorf Monterubbinano ist wunderbar mit allem, was man braucht und sehr netten Menschen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Danke, Kathryn!

Superbes vacances en famille

La maison située au coeur du magnifique village Monterubbiano est un vrai havre de paix. Située entre terre et mer, sa localisation est parfaite pour effectuer de belles ballades et profiter de la mer à quelques kilomètres. La maison est ravissante et très bien équipée. Sans oublier la vue éblouissante depuis la terrasse au petit déjeuner ou au dîner. Eva et Thibault

Paesino meraviglioso, enorme casa ben fornita, con vista sulle campagne

Casa di dimensioni molto ampie, articolata su 4 piani. Il piano più basso è quello in cui si trova la cucina, che si affaccia su terrazzo e giardino. Le camere sono in alto. Fornita con ventilatori, utili ma non completamente sufficienti per i giorni in cui si era oltre i 30 gradi. Mancano le zanzariere. Cucina e bagni hanno tutto ciò che può servire, e il terrazzo con ombrellone è molto comodo. Monterubbiano è una cittadina molto affascinante e gli abitanti sono estremamente gentili. Il parcheggio non è un problema, anche se la porta di casa si raggiunge solo a piedi. L'host è stata discreta e gentile. Distanza dal mare accettabile, e la zona è perfetta per il turismo gastronomico. Nel complesso molto consigliata.

Super accessoriato!

L'alloggio è il risultato di una splendida e ingegnosa ristrutturazione, arredato con molto gusto e dotato di ogni accessorio. La posizione è magnifica sia per il panorama che per la tranquillità, a garanzia di una vacanza all'insegna del relax. Kathryn è stata carinissima: ci ha accolto con puntualità e ci ha dato tutte le informazioni primarie per orientarci. Per il resto, questa zona delle Marche è tutta da scoprire e Monterubbiano è un ottimo punto di partenza sia verso la costa (20 minuti dalle spiagge sabbiose di Porto San Giorgio) sia verso l'interno (Monti Sibillini).
