Inviting holiday home on the hills of Montegranaro, just 10 km from the sandy beaches of Civitanova and with panoramic views of meadows and olive trees.
The large fenced garden has an exclusive hot tub for three people and a barbecue area equipped for outdoor dining. For shared use with the guests of IMK177 and IMK178 are a large swimming pool, a children's playground, an outdoor area and a small gym. The owner lives in a separate house next door. Ideal base for exploring the central part of the Marche region and for visiting Fermo, one of the most beautiful towns in Italy, the famous seaside resort of Porto Recanati and the regional park of Monte Conero. The Marche region produces excellent wines and olive oil, and its cuisine is tasty and varied. The pool is about 50 metres from IMK159.
About 25 km away is the beautiful city of Macerata, whose symbol is the Sferisterio, an arena where an interesting opera season of international importance is organised. Here you can also visit the art gallery in Palazzo Ricci and the Torre Civica with its astronomical clock in the charming Piazza della Libertà. From the top of the tower, the panoramic view of the city and the surrounding countryside as far as the sea is of unrivalled beauty.
The nearby town of Monte San Giusto is also worth a visit and during the Clown & Clown Festival (end of September) it lights up in a thousand colours in an atmosphere full of joy.
Here you can also visit the beautiful Palazzo Bonafede and the church of Santa Maria della Pietà. To make your holiday even more interesting, the owners can organise a pizza-making course for you on request.

Schöne Unterkunft mit toller Aussicht
Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und herzlich aufgenommen. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr großzügig und auch gut ausgestattet. Sehr schöne und geräumige Zimmer mit Terassentür und Blick ins Grüne. Die Bäder sind neu und liebevoll gestaltet. Großer Wohnraum mit Küche und einem super bequemen Riesen Ecksofa! Alles ist sauber und ordentlich. Einen kleinen Kritikpunkt gibt es dennoch: die Küchenzeile ist schon recht abgewohnt und die Ausstattung mit Tassen und Besteck war eher dürftig. Daher der Abzug eines Sterns.
Die Wäsche wurde nach 5 Tagen gewechselt, das war wirklich top!
Den Jaccuzi haben wir nicht benutzt, weil es uns einfach zu kalt war!
Sonst waren wir sehr zufrieden, wir hatten zwei Hunde dabei, die in dem komplett eingezäunten Grundstück sich frei bewegen konnten. Und der neue Pool ist total schön! Sehr gepflegte Anlage mit einem tollen Blick über das Land und sehr schönen Sonnenuntergängen! Das Wasser sehr sauber und nicht verchlort, bequeme Liegen und Schirme, wir habe es sehr genossen, dort mal ein paar Stunden zu faulenzen.
Die Gastgeber sind wirklich reizend und haben uns mit einer großen Schale Obst und Wein begrüßt. Am letzten Tag hat uns Rachele extra noch tolles Olivenöl besorgt! Herzlichen Dank dafür, wir werdern die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen!

bello !!!!
Ester e Romano, Cristina e Christian con il piccolo Samuel e zio Manuel dalla Svizzera abbiamo trascorso grazie all’affabilità della signora Rachele e delle sue figlie una settimana di intensa vacanza marchigiana godendo della bella e comoda abitazione con l’ampio giardino ornato di belle e variegate piante e sfruttando grill, iacutzy e piscina presenti. Il loco ne vale la pena pure per l’idilliaco e pittoresco paesaggio collinare di campagna e coltivi, oltre che per la posizione strategica che permette di visitare il bel territorio sia della provincia fermiana, che delle intere Marche e accedere in poco tempo al mare. Siamo stati molto contenti e questo soggiorno lo consigliamo ad ogni visitatore e vacanziere.
