This guest who booked with us for a night checked in at 1 am and appeared to be intoxicated which we understood because he told us he was coming from a party. 20 mins later he returned to the front desk saying there were no pillows in his room, we accompanied him to his room and two big king size pillows were on his bed. He again returned to say he left his phone on the front desk, the security told him there were no phone left on the front desk he then became hostile and the security suggested to him to look in his car which he did and came back to say he found it We are sorry that this guest had a terrible experience but given the circumstances there was not much that we could do the cold room was as a result of the air condition which could have turned down or off with the remote in the room we will definitely take this review as a positive and will try our best to improve in all areas as we are aware that there are always room for improvements
