Total floor area: 154 m² attic parts included. Garden with trees. Detached house, 50 m from the owners' house, located in a hamlet 1 km from Montcel and 9 km from the shops of Grésy sur Aix and Cusy. Fenced, flowered and tree-lined property with a large terrace equipped with a dining area and garden furniture. Beautiful unobstructed view of the Albanian countryside, with wooded hills and valleys. Great comfort by the beautiful volumes and its total surface. Private parking for 2 or 3 cars.
