Host interaction before the start of the holiday was good, and the apartments was easy to find and easy to access. The apartment itself is cutely decorated and looks nice with fantastic views ... BUT ... The flat is really not very big - especially the bedrooms. Felt very cramped - no rooms to manoevre at all round the beds (maybe 30cm). One toilet and bathroom between a family of 5 (with teens) - not much privacy / sound proofing. The flat was not cleaned to a high standard upon arrival - the bin was dirty (dirty lid), cutlery drawer dirty , dirty cupboards, hairs on the beds etc etc... it felt like the flat just needed a bit of a deep clean / re-set. The lighting is very low / gloomy especially at night. While this is fine for atmosphere and relaxing - the lack of light throughout the flat made it very hard to find clothes in wardrobe / shelves without using my phone as a torch! The lighting needs to be reconsidered. Also note that the location means there is no boulangerie / restaurants / shops in walking distance - reliant either on the car, or bus (no longer free but 2EUR20 per journey for anyone over the age of 6).
