An sich ist alles okay, aber wÀhrend meiner ersten Buchungsnacht funktionierte der Fernseher schon nicht. Auf meinen Hinweis hin, bekam ich keine Reaktion vom Hotel - es gibt keine Rezeption, alles lÀuft digital. Ich hatte eine Info beim Auschecken im Zimmer hinterlegt. Bei meiner zweiten Buchungsnacht war in einem anderen Zimmer auch wieder der Fernseher kaputt. Nach aufwÀndiger Telefoniererei bekam ich eine Hotline ans Telefon - die Mitarbeiter erklÀrte mir, dass das Problem bereits bekannt sei und die Firma zum Reparieren erst am Freitag kommt. Ich finde es nicht akzeptabel, dass GÀsten dann nicht bereits beim Buchungsvorgang ein Hinweis gegeben wird, dass etwas nicht in Ordnung ist. So hÀtte zumindest ich mir ein anderes Hotel gesucht - das geht so gar nicht!

Good but noisy

It was good but noisy. A huge geouo of men checking in which was a bit nerve wracking. Had to walk through the middle of them each time. Super noisy people this morning. Room was great though

A disappointment!

You can not find a reception when you arrive! You make your check in by yourself. Room cleaning is 10 Euro extra! As I stayed 6 days, I should pay extra for room cleaning. Pillows, upper sheet and towels should be renewed but you should pay extra for each! The room was silent but Never again. Sorry. Absolutely disappointment;(

Insgesamt gut, Einchecken VerbesserungswĂŒrdig.

Das Zimmer sowie Hotel allgemein gut. Alles da , Dusche,WC und TV zu kleinem Preis. Einchecken per elektronischem SchlĂŒssel schwierig . ZimmertĂŒr funktionierte teils gar nicht. Auch amdere GĂ€ste hatten Probleme.
