Stayed 2 nights. Pros: large room, big twin beds, excellent quality food at breakfast and dinner a la cart at Serena. Staff wonderful. Quick checkin. Convenient Lawson market for snacks or small bites and trinkets. Cons: older hotel with worn chairs in dining area, repainting needed in room aisles and my room dirty; cleaned the benches myself with washcloth and soap, bathtub plug not working. Weird smells at times.

We stayed in the updated family suite with tatami beds. It had a peaceful feel and ambiance. We slept well on the mats. The customer service was excellent. They took care of us immediately when we stepped out of the elevator, sending our luggage onto the airport shuttle and informing us of the correct terminal for our airline. The airport shuttle bus was a wonderful service that was provided at no additional cost. The 24 hour store on site was very convenient to pick up everything we needed during the night and before leaving each day.

Got a Japanese style family room. Everything is above average only complaint is limited direct transport to Tokyo. However hotels provide shuttle to Narita Airport so you have to do everything via airport.

Everything was good except the temperature. Room was way too warm and although we adjusted the thermostat it only provided a trickle of air and did not cool the room down. The room was way too warm to sleep well and none of us got much sleep
