Great location and plenty of room

Enjoyed our stay. It was a short walk to the beach and close to the Dollar General if you forgot to bring something. The kitchen was well appointed but the frying pan needs replaced. I loved the three decks but the downstairs enclosed patio had torn screens. Mostly the house was clean but my grandkids feet were turning black from walking on the carpet barefoot.

The neighborhood was good , but was not near the beach with beach views as indicated.l in the ad. The tv in the living room didn’t work but was eventually fixed somewhat. It was fine, just not as expected.

It’s a really nice and big house , it’s comfortable, kitchens space is great, it has everting you need , it has a Big refrigerador as well. Very good neighborhood, pool area is great! The only thing that the house needs it’s a deep and good cleaning other than that it Perfect! We had a great time there.

Great spot

Beautiful house in a great location. About a10 minute walk to beach access and the beaches were beautiful. 2 pools on the property which our kids spent alot of time at. Easy to get to property. Only minor inconvenience is kitchen isn't supplied with a lot of things but not a big deal. Definitely would stay again.

Needs Attention

Townhouse sleeps 16. There were beat up small skillets with the teflon coming off, one medium pot with no lid, and a tiny pot with a lid. I had an entire Thanksgiving dinner to cook. The carpet on all the stairs and landings were dirty. The walls all very worn and in need of cleaning and repainting. I cleaned a couple walls while we were there. Not one extra blanket in the five bedrooms. Not even for the cots. The place was advertised with a large screen television in the only family gathering space. We get there it's been replaced with a television less than half that size. The furniture in the living space is dirty and worn down, needs to be replaced. The living room needs a big area rug as pictured in the advertisement. The dining room chairs are worn and have ill fitting slip covers. The master bathroom is tiny and awkward. The screened porch was missing screen and we couldn't let the dogs out for the first two days. The outside was most well kept. I porch and screen floors were dirty. I wish we had picked another rental. TheIr customer with the exception of Tim was TERRIBLE. No empathy or follow up. Tim got some stuff handled finally. I don't feel like we got what we paid for or was promised. 😔

Very nice place for a family vacation!

This place was perfect for my family and I. Close enough to the beach and the community is very calm and safe. This house is very nice with shopping centers near by. Will definitely be back!

Very Disappointed!

I sent a review directly to Wyndam Resort Quest, a day or two after we returned from vacation, but I have yet to hear back from them. To say we were disappointed is an understatement. I was immediately taken aback by the scuffed walls and peeling paint on the door jambs, but when we started killing roaches, that tipped the scales towards disgust. We found hair in the bath towels and when we pulled the trundle bed out and the sheets back that night to go to bed, it was clear that the sheets had not been changed because the bed was full of crumbs and grass! There were dirty dishes in the cabinets and the kitchen décor was covered in grime and dust. The dust was also an issue throughout the home. To top it off, when my daughter-in-law went to bathe my 7 mo old granddaughter later that evening, the shower door came off the hinges and almost fell on her! We went to the office the following morning and discussed the issues w/the Wyndham rep and were told that the issues would be addressed immediately and that at the very least our cleaning fee would be refunded; this has not been received to date. I waited two additional days before I went back down to find out why they had not changed the shower door or sprayed for roaches (by then we had killed no less than a dozen). They came and sprayed later that day, but we were told that they were waiting on approval from the owner to fix the shower door, the shower door that almost landed on my 7 mo old granddaughter! They ended up removing the doors and replacing them w/a shower rod/curtain w/in an hour or so. So, to sum this up, the only reason I gave you 2 stars was because my family was together and we enjoyed our company. None of our families will stay in a Wyndham Resort Property again and will think twice about any properties we find on HomeAway as well. Regards, Kim Livingston
