Beautiful quaint condo

Very clean, nice, quiet and quaint condo! Well stocked kitchen. Booked last minute spring break trip and was very pleased! Our boys (11 and 14 years old) slept on pullout sofa and said was very comfortable.

The condo was very clean, bed was very comfortable, kitchen had everything you could need. All around great little place to stay. Very easily accessible and all the information you need for the neighborhood. The management team was easy to communicate with when we had any questions. Fantastic!!

From the moment we got to the condo we fell in love! So clean, fresh, and inviting the decor and comfort were fantastic. Absolutely loved the location (watching the turtles and wildlife from the deck) as well as driving around on the resort in the golf cart!! All the amenities were very thought out and apparently! Dealing with Beach Bums was easy and informative. We hope to be back very soon!! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

2023 New Year’s Eve Annual getaway

This our 7th year making this location our New Year’s Eve getaway destination. We stay in different condos along Harbour Point every year. We make sure to get a balcony facing the Bay for fireworks display view. As usual the condo was just what we expected with one exception. We have never been in a condo over the years in that area where they did not have ceiling fans on. With not knowing what type of weather you’re going to get in Florida, circulating air even with air conditioning for us is a must.

Everything was great

The day we arrived my dad passed away. We made the best of it for our 6 year old. We left a day early only because my dad's passing was to much take in on a vacation. We love Sandestin and baytowne. We try and go 2 or 3 times a year. Everything with the condo and resort was great.
