Blue Surf #2

We love this place!!Excellent location to Beach, Shopping and Restaurants. We enjoy the beach view and people watching from the balcony of the Condo and Happy Hour at Pompano Joe's is just a few short steps away.Everything provided that you would need for a fantastic vacation. I could add, Beach chairs/umbrella would be a nice addition, as they charge you 60.00 a day for rental on the beach.Nice inclusion was the washer/dryer in the unit. Great for wet towels and swimsuits and taking fresh laundry back home. The bed was comfy, plenty of towels and cooking utensils, including coffee pot, pans, bowls. Just FYI, we didn't cook a lot, LOL, but nice to know it was available.The communication was spot on and we got to check in early. That was a plus.Would highly recommend and give 5 ***** stars !!!

Great location! For the most part it was clean, the trash upstairs wasn’t emptied and some dishes were dirty. It was newly updated but the floor upstairs creaked really loud in several spots. Would I rent again? Absolutely!!!

Christmas Getaway

The stay was great. We could tell the unit had been updated and it was very nicely done and pleasant. The grounds are nicely kept and we enjoy the property, we saw staff working onsite most days. The heated pool is a favorite component and the beach access is ao convenient! The only hiccup encountered was that we couldn't connect our devices to the wifi after trying several times. It didn't affect our stay since we weren't doing any business this trip, but worth noting in case others plan yo do business during their visit.

Great location with a good view of the ocean , condo was clean and easy to get to. The blinds in the master bed room needs to be changed due to broken. Other then that it was great.

Great location!!

My husband and two teenage daughters stayed here for spring break. The location is great because you have a clear view of the ocean due to the public parking area. Several walkable restaurants but lots within a five to ten minute drive. Very close to the malls as well. The only issue was the bottom sliding door could probably use some weather stripping. It was very windy one day and the door made a ton of noise. Otherwise, great stay!!

Great Ocean View

This was a great Ocean View as advertised. Problems were some of the furniture was broken and the bathroom sink was stopped up. Stains on main floor carpet. The room was clean with a lick and a promise. Meaning there was things not wiped down but not cleaned We paid a reasonable amount to get a good experience, so we expected a cleaner place without furniture that wasn’t coming apart. There were dishes, glasses, pots and pans place in cabinets dirty. We were not happy about cleaning dishes before preparing our meals. When we left we made sure everything was cleaned, which they should have done.

Amazing views

The apartment was fine, it was clean and the views were great. The only thing was that if you’re looking for a quiet vacation this location isn’t the one at this time of year in Destin, maybe in the low season. Other than that was great and we will be back again.

Fabulous stay!

Great condo! Absolutely loved the set up! Kitchen and twin beds downstairs, master and living room with bar area upstairs. Right across the street from pompano joes which is our favorite restaurant in Destin. The beach was just across the street. Literally 2 minutes and you’re on the most beautiful beach in the panhandle. Condo was immaculate and perfect in every way. My husband and I travel a lot and appreciate great places to stay. We’ll be back!!! Just awesome!! Thank you!!

Very Good!

The people at Harmony Vacation Rentals are so accommodating and kind! This unit was just fine for our family of four. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the TVs and remotes are antiquated and need updating. The decor is Old Florida style and outdated as well but that didn’t bother us at all. The property is directly across from a HUGE public beach access which makes for a very CROWDED beach. In the end we loved our week but will not stay here again because of the crowded beach access.

The location was great. The grounds were nice and well kept. Our condo however needs work

Our condo was very dated the downstairs closet was wet the floor the tv downstairs bedroom didn’t work no sheets for the pullout bed the downstairs patio furniture the chairs were broke and wore out but the grounds were great and we had a great vacation and it’s a great location. We were informed of a leak and it had been cleaned up and fixed well in the short time they had to fix it before our arrival. We loved the layout of the whole property and the location we will be back but probably get another unit.
