Alerio is one of Destin and Miramar Beach's newest luxury condominium complexes on Scenic Gulf Drive right across the street from the beach. The complex features many guest amenities including:

Alerio E101 is an end unit and conveniently located on the first floor for easy access. This 2 Bedroom/2 Bath unit features luxury furnishings throughout including leather sofa with recliners on each end, hard wood floors, granite countertops, flat screen TV's in every room and washer/dryer. The condo sleeps 6 (4 Adults and 2 Children for example) comfortably and is the perfect beach getaway for couples or a small family.
