We had a poor and sadly dirty experience. Even after speaking with management about concerns and giving them an opportunity to remedy some of the issues, they did not. They had very poor communication generally just failing to respond. Very poor customer service.
Issues included:
Floors so filthy it left ours and our children’s feet solid black within minutes. Witnessed neighboring unit being cleaned by lady pouring pine sol on floor and swirling it around - not actually ‘mopping’.
Minimal, lack of, and/or poor quality kitchenware. While we understand you have to bring/buy things, most places accommodate a welcome package and give you a few days worth of items. Aside from 2 hotel size soaps in the bathrooms, this place offered nothing and we had to immediately leave to make the place livable for the week.
Heavily stained sheets, wash rags, towels and bedding. They also put a queen mattress on a double size bed frame.
Pool closure 3/7 days. Sometimes 1 pool other times all 3
All of the remotes had no batteries and each remote to tv, fans etc. Were not labeled.
Heavy Marijuana use by others staying at the facility. We understand that people will do this but it was to an unreasonable point. They also did not seem to care at all about this. If you’re allergic, good luck.
poor communication and lack of remedies by management - $3k to stay in pure filth. When we asked for a partial refund we were ignored. Given that we spent over $200 to make safe and livable.
