5 Bedroom Beach Cottage in quaint gated neighborhood - recently remodeled.
Spaciously Sleeps 12 (2 King bed Master bedrooms, + 1 Queen, 1 Full over Full Surf themed bunk room with extra twin trundle bed, and 1 w/2 Twins.)

2 Pools (heated spa), 2 tennis courts, Workout room, Shuffle Board, Basketball Hoop, in season beach volleyball and beach rental equipment).
Fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, BBQ grill, backyard private patio.
Gated community with an appx. 400 yard stroll to our subdivision's deeded beach.
GREAT LOCATION near restaurants, shopping, golf, deep-sea fishing, water park, walk to Pompanoe Joe's, etc. Home has a strict No Pets and No Smoking policy.
