Sit on the balcony of "Mira-Marr's Emerald" and watch the Emerald Green waves roll in almost within reach. New Owner has recently updated this place from top to bottom and the updates are amazing! Gulf Winds East #1 sleeps 8. 1 King, 1 Queen, set of twin bunk beds, and a Queen Sized Murphy Bed. Sunday to Sunday rental during the peak season. Only one parking spot available per condo. Canopies or tents are not allowed on this beach. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available to rent from the attendant.

Everything from flooring, paint, furnishings, sliding doors, kitchen, and bathrooms were replaced/updated during the recent remodel! Come stay and enjoy one of the premier townhouses of Gulf Winds East!!!

Destin, Florida is known as "the worlds luckiest fishing village", but we do not stop there! The whitest beaches of Florida and the Emerald Green waters are unmatched. Shop in an outlet mall, an upscale outdoor mall, or one of many boutique stores. When you are through shopping, there are endless places to enjoy the local fare or just get a quick bite. Don't forget about our water park, amusement parks, and our dozens of golf courses.

Birthday get away

We were so impressed with this rental. It is beautifully decorated and clean. More than enough space to hang out with the deck in the fro t looking at the gulf and the deck in the back. Both bedrooms also had patios to sit outside. To our surprise there was a crockpot. The property also has grills available yo use. The queen bed was very comfortable. The king bed could use a new mattress or at least a topper but not worth complaining about. The size of the rooms were spacious. We loved the location, the beach entrance was directly across the road. Lots of restaurants and bars in walking distancewe would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful update- 💕Location Location!!

Beautifully renovated condo overlooking beach/ocean, Just across the street. Typically I do not like to stay across the street from the beach for numerous reasons but this is place is an exception. The balcony is a great spot for taking in all the views. Inside we found every detail new and fresh. Decor, appliances, bathrooms, bedrooms, and televisions in each bedroom and LR. The internet had a small issue and the host was immediately responsive and our issue was resolved very quickly. We would definitely choose this property again.

Great Townhouse. Great Location.

We were very pleased with this property! We booked "last minute" for a spring break trip with teenagers so I was a little worried because it was still available and the price was great. The Townhouse and location were perfect. I've never been to Florida and not stayed DIRECTLY on the beach so I was a little leary. This Townhouse is in the front so it was, literally, steps from the beach. I would defiantly stay here again!

I hope to come back.

No surprises. I knew what to expect by the pictures. Nothing fancy but clean, pleasant and comfortable. A little pricey but I was desperate. Can’t beat the location and view. We enjoyed our stay in spite of how unbelievably crowded the area was from Destin to PCB.
