What a great hotel! The location was perfect for accessing the metro to take to the mall/airport and only a short walk to target center and target field. The only negative for location was there wasn’t any restaurants in the immediate vicinity but it was just a short walk to breakfast options and only a little further for lunch/dinner. As far as the hotel goes it was super clean and the beds and pillows were some of the most comfortable I’ve ever experienced in a hotel. Be careful with heavy luggage though as there are stairs when you enter and then for where the room was, even more stairs! No one offered to help with our luggage on our arrival but the front desk guy did offer to help on the way out so that was nice. We stayed in a corner room and it was super spacious, plenty of storage and a huge bathroom with a separate shower/tub. There were plenty of outlets and motion sensor night lights around the room and also next to the bed which was a plus. TV was big and the only downside was there wasn’t a guide on the tv so you just had to scroll to find what to watch but not a big deal. The other downside was the room service for dinner; our order was messed up and it was crazy expensive considering the food was NOT good. But the breakfast downstairs was excellent so maybe it would have been better to have the dinner downstairs as well, but really not that big of a deal. Overall I would definitely stay there again!

Enjoyed our 3 nights in downtown Minneapolis at Hyatt Centric property. Room had nice, comfortable bed, very clean bathroom, bar and restaurant with access to various dining options via skywalk. If using restaurant on property, would not suggest asking for glass of water as you will be charged $3/glass. That was a surprise in our billing.

Only complaint was valet, they did have a sense of urgency on checking you in or getting your car. 2 of them stood and talked while we waited for them to move the car ahead of us. When he called for the car the gentlemen was sitting at the desk making popcorn. The guy that brought us our car apologized for the wait. My only advice would be to at least acknowledge people so they are aware and know you get to them as soon as you can. It’s not something that would make me not want ti stay there. It’s a great location is your in town for a game, good area and close to a few bars and restaurants. Has a quaint little bar, great gym and sitting areas.

This place is great, close to everywhere you want to go in downtown Minneapolis. The room was spacious. However, there is some kind of constant noise that made it difficult to fall asleep. I told the front desk about it. Porter said he would shave maintenance take a look and I never heard another word about it. The problem never got addressed. When I checked out and said something about the noise again, the front desk agent acknowledged that yes that is in other rooms as well???? Caleb in Valet was excellent!!!
