When we first arrived they said something was wrong with our room and that the 3rd party gave us the wrong room. We had to wait about 20min to get the room we originally booked.
Walking into the hotel there was a smell. The outside of the property was dirty and garbage everywhere.
We had 2 adults and 4 kiddos and I do not ever recommend this hotel to any family!
We stayed one night. The halls smelled horrible. It was a mixture of smoke (weed), airfreshener, and old food.
While checking in another customers was complaining of dirty sheets and no tissue in the rooms (red flag).
Walking into our room it had a funny (not so funny) smell and the sink was dripping and very dirty. Our sheets appeared to be clean. We booked a room with a fold out couch and we had no couch in the room.
We stayed the one night because it was one night and we had no where else to go. But, in the future we will stay at a known hotel compared to this.
The area looked alittle unsafe.
The shower appeared cleaned but, wasn't.
It just wasnt a good experience.
Mold on the shower liner and the toliet was dirty inside and out.
