Hello,I hope you’re doing well. I wanted to share some feedback from our recent stay at your property.Overall, the property itself is beautiful and we really enjoyed the space. However, we did run into a few issues that impacted our experience:The water softener alarm went off due to low salt. We called three times to report this, but unfortunately no one came to address it during our stay.The bathtub in the master bathroom could not be used because there was no way to plug the drain.The vacuum did not work, which made it difficult for us to clean the floors as thoroughly as we would have liked. We also did report that it was not working when we called about the water softener.The outdoor areas appeared quite dirty upon arrival, with a significant amount of dead bugs and pollen on the furniture. We weren’t sure if it had been cleaned prior to our stay.We wanted to bring these items to your attention so they can be addressed for future guests.Thank you for your time.
