Staying at Pilgrim Corner means slowing down and feeling comfortable from the moment you arrive. Pilgrim Corner sits on the edge of Exmoor National Park, well placed for exploring both the moorland landscape and the Somerset coast. It is located in a quiet part of Minehead known as Higher Town, a designated conservation area with a timeless, village-like feel. From here, Minehead’s sandy beach and friendly high street and numerous pubs, restaurants and cafes are around 10 to 15 minutes away.

Exmoor itself is known for its walking, scenery, and historic villages rather than nightlife, making it ideal for guests looking for a slower-paced break. The location works equally well for active days out and for simply enjoying the peace and character of the surrounding area. This small national park offers miles of open countryside, coastal paths, and quiet lanes, while nearby picturesque villages provide traditional pubs, local shops, and places to eat.
