The property features 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, thoughtfully distributed between the main floor and an upper gallery level. On the main floor, the living and dining area is bright and elegantly furnished, offering direct access to a south-facing and west-facing balcony of 6 m2, complete with terrace furniture and 2 deck chairs, all enjoying a beautiful view of the sea. The sleeping area on this level includes 1 room with 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, also with access to the balcony. The kitchenette is well-equipped and conveniently integrated into the living space. The bathroom on this level features a shower and a separate WC. On the upper floor, a gallery area provides 2 additional beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, along with a hand-basin. Please be aware that some sleeping areas, including the gallery, are located in an open-plan area rather than an enclosed bedroom.
