I stayed at Hotel La Tour on 6th and 7th September 2025 and was very disappointed with my experience. From 9:30 PM until midnight on Sunday, I was kept awake by extremely loud and inappropriate noise from a neighboring room, as well as another guest’s TV blasting. Despite multiple complaints and even showing video evidence of problems (including a loud buzzing shower), staff refused to move us until after midnight when the manager finally came. By then, the night was ruined. The hotel advertises quiet hours, but these were not enforced, and staff handling of the situation was dismissive. For the price and reputation, I expected far better.

Shame the room didn’t have a bath tub, however we knew that before we booked. Good value room with possibly the most comfortable bed ever. Very convenient & great value with an extremely comfortable room.

Not great apart from the view

Great view and comfortable bed, but that's pretty much it. Desk staff wasn't very welcoming, in the room there was no rack for the luggage, no tooth glass, the shower temperature wasn't constant, the towels were not soft at all. And no fridge in the room. Below average for a 4 star hotel.

What a lovely hotel. Free parking after 6pm. Check in staff friendly. Gym small, but ok for a quick workout. Restaurant a real treat with fantastic views. Noisy through the night with guests coming back but this happens all the time in hotels as guests get drunk and are not respectful. Spoke to reception in the morning and they were understanding and said I should have called down etc. all in all top classy hotel and would definitely return.

Rooms very basic, staff on reception not very welcoming. No privacy curtain so either had to be closed or people can see in. As we were opposite car park and seating area below people can easily see in, it would have been nice a netted/privacy curtain. No main light in room so not the best lightening. Shower wasn’t very good either. Only given standard tea, no herbal tea, asked at reception and managed to get green but had to go up to skybar to ask for peppermint but was debate whether was chargeable. They didn’t charge but lots of hassle to get herbal tea, only 1 chair when it is a twin room. Would not be in a rush to stay here again. Breakfast ok but some parts were cold, like mushrooms. Great location for the MK theatre and views from Sky Bar is beautiful but this is an expensive version of premier inn.
