Several areas of dissatisfaction......we have experienced a lack of concern for the paying customer , since new ownership . We will look for different options, after staying at Holmes with A View for several years.( 2 night minimum, No Sr Discount, Cleaning Fee, Insurance breakage fee, Continental Breakfast items have been reduced in size or just eliminated )Also general maintenance needs attention.... water damage spots on ceilings, paint chipped off on several corners , Internet service poor, etc.
