A really lovely hotel, somehow rated at 2 star which is severely underselling the place, we stayed 2 nights and ate there each time, breakfast and dinner. It was extremely clean, felt very smart, food was delicious and staff couldn't do enough for us!!

The hotel was situated opposite the docks with lovely views. Parking was easy at the back of the hotel with lots of parking at the front as well. The room was faultless with main amenities and views from our room were great. The breakfast buffet I enjoyed as was a nice variation and good value for money. The staff were friendly happy and helpful. Would definitely recommend for others and me and my family would go back again.

Had a great one night stay with good size room for my family of four. The staff were very kind and accommodating. Although breakfast is not included, it is available and made it easy in the morning to have a good meal. The location is ideal to visit Pembroke Castle or take a ferry.

We visited here in July when the weather was very hot. The building is old and our room dis not have Aircon. However when we arrived at our room staff had put a fan in there, which helped! The mattress was fabulous. Fab spot and lovely hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Unfortunately we went during a heat wave, and the old building is not well equipped for the heat (neither is our own home; not the hotel’s fault). When we asked for fans for our room the staff provided them - the only thing I’d change is having them readily available instead of having to ask. The fans did not provide much relief but they got us through the very warm night. The staff were friendly and helpful.
