Well equipped condo with lots of room on the deck to relax outside! Staff were responsive to our needs. Loved the pools and the proximity to local beaches and other towns nearby. Recommend having a car to take full advantage of the Andalucía region.

If you miss entrance to main reception from the motorway, it’s confusing to drive around the resort. Swimming pool was packed and no towels. They didn’t call to say the room was ready, it clearly wasn’t cleaned properly and small ants in bathroom as well as mosquitoes in the room. Very disappointing. I’m sure it’s a nice resort but this time it has a low standard for the price you pay. Kids always enjoy swimming pools and Sunday DJ was good fun if you can get a sun lounger. Bar food service was good.

A poor man’s Marriott Andalusia

We’ve stayed at Marriott Andalusia for a number of years, but this year they had no space so we tried this place. On arrival, instant regret. If we could have refunded and left we would have done. Paid for a “premium” plus apartment with hot tub. Asked for higher floor, sea view if possible. We got a ground floor apartment with heavily obscured, hardly any view other than a load of trees right in front of the balcony. See photos. For us, the location was terrible. Set on a steep hill, some distance away from any notable resort and right next to the main dual carriageway, which has a scary give way junction to enter as cars come at higher speeds. The pool is too small for the large number of people, several days we did not get a sun lounger. It also felt built up and concrete heavy. For us the facilities were very poor, a tennis court a very long walk from the apartment and you had to pay for racquet hire and balls. Also had to pay for dishwasher tablets and hardly, if any, room cleaning. Other than that, not much else to do and not many places to go unless you have a car. The gym is alright, We were utterly bored. On every metric for us, Marriott Andalusia is substantially superior. The worst holiday stay we have had in at least 12 years, if not longer. Complained at the desk but the guy seemed uninterested in making it better, told him we will never return to this place. All our opinion.

This is not 5 stars as advertised. Room smells badly. We stayed for 5 days and no cleaning or towel change. You cannot book late checkout in advance as advertised. Property old and was dirty with hair when we arrived. There was a gathering of insects by the kitchen sink. Food options same across restaurants and not good quality. There is nothing near by to walk to outside the resort. Beach is very small and rocky and steep so not good for kids. Would never stay here again! They don’t send invoice for stay except on Fridays!!

Very large resort. A little loud at night and in the corridors. Restaurants close early 9:30pm. Easy access to beach, but no unbrellas or chairs. Very crowded at the pool, chairs often all taken. Staff was very nice. Food and drinks at main pool area was great.

Such a lovely apartment. Bed was firm and comfortable. Shower was strong. Close to pool, shop and restaurant. Restaurant is quite expensive but the food is absolutely delicious so worth the money! Beautiful view from the balcony. Wonderful, friendly and helpful staff. Would love to come back again one year!
