Welcome to this charming dúplex in an oasis of peace in Mijas Urbanisation Vista Verde, just a few steps from the famous tennis a paddle club Lew Hoad.

When you enter this charming duplex, you can find a full equipped kitchen, a toilet and a bright a spacious living and dining room with access to the terrace.

On the next floor, you can find 3 big bedrooms and two bathrooms and going to the last floor you will feel at ease when sitting there to enjoy the beautiful 360 degrees to the see and mountains. There is enough space to make barbeques, or train if you want to keep in good health while being on holidays.

The urbanisation has a nice swimming pool and garden areas.

A car is recommended to explore all that the area has to offer, but you can walk to the Nordic centre Centro Idea where you can find a nice café/restaurant Banana Kitchen.
