This quality, modern 3 bedroom townhouse is located in the contemporary new complex of Natura, set in the beautiful inland area of La Cala Golf Resort. The secure, gated complex offers views over the golf valley. The complex offers a communal swimming pool with a childrens pool. The complex also offers secure, underground parking in a private garage. Parking space big enough for 2 large cars with direct access into house from private garage.



The townhouse can be access either from the garage or the front door. Enter the modern and spacious, open plan ground floor. On this level is the large lounge/diner with open plan kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped including a dryer. The lounge area is furnished with a large dining table and chairs as well as a large sofa and Smart TV. The lounge leads out onto the terrace and garden area. The terrace is furnished with sun beds, dining table and chairs and a lounge area. There is also a umbrella for shade.



On the first floor are the bedrooms. One bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, the 2nd is furnished with 2 single beds. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and have use of the guest shower room. The master bedroom is furnished with a super king size bed and enjoys an en suite shower room and walk in wardrobe area.



Go up another floor to the roof terrace. This terrace is fitted with 2 dining tables and some lounge chairs. There is an umbrella for shade.

Perfect for wintersun

The townhouse was very nice situated, quietly overlooking golfcourse and the green landscape. The the house is a new build. It was missing toiletpaper holders and not sufficient towel hooks. The terraces had enough outdoor seating and sunshine. When we arrived tv remote wasn't working so had to go out on Christmasday to get batteries (obviously it wasn't checked). Also there still was cutlery in the dishwasher. We e-mailed the keyholding company but we had no response back at all. Cleaning could be better dust inside of the wardrobes and some pots in the kitchen were not very clean. They provide mineral water and minimal toiletpaper and no showergel or shampoo, just a few small bars of handsoap. Loved the location very quiet and safe. Normally we receive a text or e-mail after our stay from the keyholding company but I guess there was no one there during the two week Christmas holiday. Would have loved a personal touch. During the booking-process they were very good answering my questions but as no one responded during our stay we gave up sending an e-mail about our remarks.
