Cherry picker getting dropped off at 7.30 AM until 8.30 right outside the bedroom window. The staff said it was the council but I checked with the council an d it was not their vehicle. Its not a full resort owned by Ramada and Wydham its a mixture of private, time shares and various other holiday rentals. Sliding window in the toilet lacerated my finger. Google location is wrong. The toilet roll is the cheapest of the cheap. Its not like any Ramada or Wyndham I have stayed in before. The image, the only image I have posted shows the quality of the hotel. The toilet roll on the left is the cheapest toilet roll available in the nearest supermarket, carrefour. The toilet roll on the right is what the management of this hotel think is acceptable. It advertises as sleep like a rockstar so I cannot fault their advertisement as rock stars don't sleep much and neither did I.

Very nice staff. Good value for money, although room description was slightly optimisic! Main bed had a tired mattress. There was no oven, and very basic utensils.

Main issue is timing for check in and out.we booked for one night but we couldn't use facility like swimming pool.check in was 4pm and check out 10am. We are on the way of hotel and we arrive at 8pm ,we couldn't use swimming pool and morning time very early,we have to do check out at 10am.even for breakfast between 8 to 10 am,,we aren't relax because of early check out.deffenetly waste of money.

Diana answered our call in the morning when we called to ask for an extension as we slept in because we check-in late and our kids were still sleeping. She was very rude and used very aggressive language to tell us to get out or you will be charged for staying longer. Very poor customer service!!!

The hotel staff want us to pay to stay until 12pm as our flight was for 9pm. Toilet stopped working, kitchen is too small, check in is at 4pm which is bad, too small room. Towel are changed once in 7 days. Terrible, will never go back.

Not so top. Which explains the price

Pictures much nicer than the actual place Non inviting crowded pool small basic gym The only ok place was the terrasse. But unfortunately the exhaust of one of the restaurants was directed to it so it smelled fried food. Maybe it’s just my room. If you want to reserve just make sure it’s far from any of the restaurants. Rooms could have been cleaner. Not top communication with the staff. But the check in staff was very friendly. Maybe the Wyndham part is supposed to be better.
