We did not receive check in information until 1/2 hour before arrival. Host did not answer inbox messages and I was on the phone with VRBO for at least an hour and they could not reach them by phone. Finally I receved a text with info. VRBO thought it was because I found out 1/2 hour after booking that one of the couples joining us didn’t think they could make it. I promptly asked the host if I could cancel, which I was denied. It worked out because they were able to join us. The unit is on the second floor with retail businesses below. Poorly sound insulated, so it is difficult to watch television in the living room if you someone wants to go to bed. There is only one batroom for the 3 bedrooms and again it is poor sound insulated. You can hear someone using the bathroom in the middle of the night. What the unit lacks in quality they make up with details. It's a nice looking unit with cozy furnishings. They have plenty of amenities, like shampoo/conditioner, coffee/tea, salt/pepper and several olive oils.
