Guest Access
There is a fence separating this home from the main home so there is no shared yard. The home is equipped with a smart lock for keyless entry. Guests have full access to the guesthouse, shed (laundry area), and private yard.

Other Things to Note
– There is a $250.00 security deposit to cover any damages. The deposit will be automatically collected and will be returned back to you 48 hours after checkout if there are no damages.
– Guests are responsible for cleaning the grill after use.
– Propane is provided. Fire wood is not provided.
