The front desk staff was amazing. We felt special. We hugged them when leaving. The breakfast was very good. Our room was nice and big with plenty of electrical outlets.

Amazing service with a smile.

There were some issues at check in, however they were my fault. Having said that, the night time check in person on the 28th at night was amazing and the day time front desk on the 29th and 30th was even better. They did ask why I used a third party to book my trip, and looked surprised when I said I can afford to stay with you when I book 3rd party, but if I go direct I usually have to turn to a less expensive hotel. It is a shame.
