Everything was perfect, staff, room, etc. The one thing that stood out and will keep me from staying again is the lack of microwave in the room. I travel with my dog and if I have to leave the room to warm up food for him or for myself, he barks and I don’t want to annoy the other guests, even though he usually stops within 45- 60 seconds. The refrigerator is quite small and difficult for me, a lady of 70 to bend down and locate the temperature setting. The refrigerator was barely cool, I threw out the food I had hoped to store. It would have been kept cooler out in the car, where temperatures were around 29 degrees. But those are mechanical features, not to be confused with the care and dedication your staff provided to me.

Room 103 was fine, the location next to the exit door and elevators made it loud and annoying. Also, whoever was above me in 203 was loud, you could hear every footstep.

K-ris was awesome. He seemed to be always there lol. He was quick to respond to my texts and very attentive when i needed things. Great person definitely an asset. The room 214 had a fan issue btw but nothing i needed to fuss abt but maybe you should fix that. The elevator was in need of servicing and the walls leading to rooms were oddly caved in everywhere a little concerning just so you know. Rowdy kids at the pool that we were told by the adults in charge they only get to go once a year and they're allowed. But other than that nothing to say i wouldn't cone again.

Shower has mold on the caulk line. Everything looks like they painted over the staining and ceiling damage from water getting in through the roof. Empty body wash container. Soap tray has chipped paint(why was it painted over?) with soap residue underneath and came out then I pressed down. Yellow staining where toilet seat is bolted in - visible when lifting the seat to pee. Gross. Felt a little bad mojo in there so I took a hasty shower. Pretty disappointed because I was really looking forward to it after my drive. On the good side - Bed is comfy and clean. The staff is VERY friendly. She was fairly new so I don’t know if she’s going to do anything to offset my displeasure in the bathroom situation. Thought this was a nice chain with standards though? Shame - i just moving here would have loved to recommend a good place to stay when we have visitors.
