The rooms were great, and the staff was helpful. The underground garage is VERY difficult to get out of. I had to do a 7-point turn, then found I was aimed the wrong way and did another difficult 7-point turn to get turned around before leaving.

The cleaning staff threw out important papers and then lied about it after the papers were found they were stained and destroyed. I also still have not received a receipt for my stay that I need to file with my expense report.

DO NOT STAY HERE!

Terrible! Checked in and went to our room only to find the room was already occupied! The couple inside the room said it was the SECOND TIME THAT DAY someone had come into their room because they had been assigned the same room #. I brought this to the front desks attention and they didn’t believe that someone was in the room. They completely disregarded what I told them and said it “was the correct room and that no one was in there.” So not only did they book multiple people for the same room, they then refused to acknowledge there was an issue and refused to check if someone was in the room. Completely unacceptable! I left the property immediately and stayed at a different hotel.

You have to pay for parking. The building smells like smoke in the hallways, the carpets are old and dirty snd the bed comforters are threadbare and thin as they they had been used for 50 years. The hotel needs. Complete renovation.

Charging for parking and then “running out of spaces” is something ive never heard of in all the years of traveling. The keys stop working because they cant be near a phone or in a wallet apparently?(again , never had this issue even with motel keys). I then checked out, and while loading my car up had to use the bathroom. The finisher, guess who had to drive to a restaurant to use the bathroom because theres none in the lobby? Truly an unreal experience. Never returning. (The cleaning staff were amazing though, A+ to them and their kindness/attention to detail)

The staff was amazing and helpful. There is underground parking which feels safer and cleaner than the outdoor open lot. The water pressure was amazing! It is in town and the characters were out. There are many homeless, people talking to themselves, arguing with others, etc. It didn't feel safe enough to really walk through the park or even a few doors down.

During my recent stay, I found the staff to be friendly and accommodating, which was certainly a positive aspect of the experience. However, I was disappointed to discover that the building itself felt quite outdated and in need of renovations. Additionally, the surrounding area left much to be desired in terms of safety; I didn't feel entirely comfortable exploring beyond the immediate vicinity of the property. The on-site garage is available for guests, but it comes with a nightly fee of $15, which seemed a bit steep given the overall quality of the accommodations. I encountered significant issues with parking throughout my stay. The parking area is limited and poorly designed; the spaces are cramped, uneven, and not conducive to easy maneuvering. To make matters worse, there was a persistent water leak that compounded the already frustrating parking situation. As for the mattress in my room, it was exceptionally hard and made for an uncomfortable night’s sleep. I had paid for parking for four nights, yet I faced the aggravating challenge of finding a spot for two of those nights. Many guests seemed to take advantage of the situation, sneaking in and occupying the limited parking spaces. Despite the signs suggesting that unauthorized vehicles would be towed, it was evident that the steep and narrow slope leading down to the parking garage would prevent any tow truck from accessing the area effectively. Given these numerous issues, I would not recommend this establishment
