We stayed at The Meridian Miami Beach by Kasa for one night before our cruise and again for one night after. Overall, the technology-driven experience was impressive—remote check-in, remote checkout, and electric locks made everything smooth and hassle-free. The location is absolutely unbeatable. Everything you could possibly need—restaurants, shops, the beach—is basically right at the hotel doorstep. If you’re looking for convenience, this spot is hard to beat. Our first stay was mostly issue-free, aside from the overwhelming smell of weed everywhere. Not necessarily the hotel’s fault, but if you’re not into that, just know it’s unavoidable. Our second stay, however, had a pretty big oversight—our room was missing a second shower door. It looks like someone may have broken it before, but instead of putting up even a temporary shower curtain, they just left it wide open, meaning water splashed all over the bathroom floor. This led to the towels getting filthy from being on the floor, making me question how well the floors are actually cleaned. As for the weed smell, yeah, it’s strong. Everywhere. If you’re down to party or just looking for a free contact high, this place is great. If you prefer a fresh, clean-air experience, this might not be the spot for you. Overall, The Meridian is a solid choice if you’re in town for fun and want a seamless, tech-savvy stay in a prime location. Just be prepared for some quirks and a whole lot of Miami atmosphere.

This one is best not to visit for any span of time

Some things are just not ment to be. As in us and this hotel. First room was terrible with too many issues to mention, so we requested another. That request went in around 3Pm and we did not get a rely till around 9PM that night. Long story short, getting luggage from the old room to the new took another 2 hours. All in all this place should get the most 1 star. Rooms not finished, roaches, limited amenities, etc. If there is one thing I can say that is good, it is that the bar next door is great.... NOT part of the property. One other thing, the housekeeping and engineering team are very nice and they tried. But it's hard to put a band aide on a bullet hole.

NEVER STAY AT THIS PROPERTY!!!!! WORST PLACE EVER! Towels are provided dirty The rooms don't look like the photos and don't have the amenities listed (missing desk) No front desk, and the only way to "contact" the hotel is an AI chat bot that will tell you they're addressing issues and then just do nothing. I asked 4 times over a day for clean towels and a box of tissues, and every day the support would tell me that I would get it asap, and then they would just do nothing, because there was no human and it was AI. I ended up with no clean towels, no tissues, and no desk. And now that I'm speaking to management, they're gaslighting me and refusing to refund my stay. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
