Concierge Sophia was awesome. Rest of staff was helpful and friendly. It was hard to reach someone via phone even in house but that might be due to the covid staffing issues. I like bikes they offer for guest along with chairs and towels at the beach on-site concierge to set up tours layout of the room on site restaurant room service awesome area location vibes Close to unique outdoor dining and shopping. Also like all the free modes of public transportation.

how would you feel if you are on vacation and can’t take a bath, due to losing water? very upset during that time but other than that very nice cool stay. i really hope i get my money back like they said

They NEVER answer the phone, so any time I needed to talk to the front desk I had to go downstairs and wait in line because there were other people there waiting to complain about phones not being answered. They use COVID as an excuse to clean every four days. That is absolutely disgusting. Every other day would be acceptable. I know they say they can accommodate requests, but they did NOT clean on the 3rd day as they said they would after I requested it. In the meantime, trash and towels were piling up. And since they never answer the phone, I didn't bother calling; and after a day of activities, sometimes one is too tired to go downstairs and wait in line to ask for the same thing again. I just let it go. When they did clean, it was so rare and amazing I couldn't stop taking photos. Also, the staff they have absolutely no idea about how to interact with guests, they look confused when issues are brought up, and some don't even speak some English at least or have any idea about the area when you ask them questions

The rooms had poor lighting, none at the desk area or when you walked in the door. The sliding bathroom door doesn't fit the opening and is far too heavy for a child or older person to open/close. there is a glass panel in the shower so people in your room can see right through into the shower/bathroom. Very small pool area - they allow non-guests to purchase day passes so guests don't have space around the pool or chairs. Construction is at the hotel was not communicated. When you walk into out of hotel there are large scaffolds to walk under. Staff did a good job of staying masked. Hared to communicate with staff as their English was very broken and the masks didn't help. Called several times to get a fridge that worked -- we were there for a week and never had a working fridge.

Do not waste your money here. First of at check in i stood at the front desk for 30 mins because the receptionist walked away as i walked up without even saying a word. When we arrived we had to wait over 3 hours in the lobby for our room. The ac was broken throughout the whole hotel which they failed to inform us of at check in. There’s construction going on so you get absolutely no view just men walking passed your window very morning and a lot of noise waking you up. The pool is way smaller than how it looks in the pictures. We had to buy fans just to survive the scorching hot room. The manager Jose is a complete jerk. Any time you have to go to the front desk you’ll be waiting there for 30-40 minutes because they move so slow and don’t even acknowledge you. The only thing good about this hotel is the bartender Gisselle. Everything else is horrible you are suppose to get house keeping services every 3 days we didn’t recieve it not once in hour 5 night stay. Save your money !!

A/C was “not working” during our entire stay. We asked for another room but there was “none available.” We did get a credit back towards the trip but it was rather bothersome being in Miami with no A/C. Also, there was no daily housekeeping, or breakfast provided, like the hotel advertises. You had to pay extra for that so be careful about that! So, if you want a hotel that is honest about what they provide, do not stay here! Wished we would have stayed on Ocean Drive instead!!!
