The housekeeping staff was very rude and not accommodating at all. We booked a suite for 6 people and when we asked for more than two extra pillows were flat out told no. My daughter has severe orthopedic issues (legally handicapped) and for comfort, needs extra pillows for positioning. Then, we were only given 4 towels for 6 people. When we asked for more they said they’d bring them up. It was almost an hour later and still no towels so when my husband went down to check, he was told they were on their way up so they wouldn’t give us more. My daughter got in the shower but still no towels 20 minutes later. We went down again and were met with attitude. My daughter had to stand in the cold for 15 minutes waiting until they agreed to give us more. Then we kept the one extra folded up on the counter for later showers. Housekeeping then came when we were gone and took the dirty ones and the one extra clean one leaving us again with only 4. They also didn’t make the beds, even though their sign includes bed making for the “light house keeping for a stay under 7 days”. I’ve stayed at many Staybridge locations and have never been met with more hostility and attitude over something as simple as wanting an adequate amount of towels and pillows for the amount of people that I paid for. When we spoke to the man at the front desk, he was too busy to to help and just gave us a card to email the manager. Also, shuttle is only after 7 am. No accommodations for early flights.

The best thing about this property is its proximity to MIA and one shuttle driver named Evelio. Evelio drives the airport shuttle during the morning shift. He goes out of his way to help you and feel welcome. Otherwise, if you have the misfortune of arriving in late afternoon/ evening, you will probably have a long wait and an unpleasant experience. If you arrive by car and want to park there,it will cost you a steep $30 per day. Mind you, this is NOT a luxury property. They promise "light touch" cleaning during the week (Monday-Friday) if you stay for less than a week. We stayed 2 nights during the business week and no cleaning was done! I called reception to complain that the trash wasn't removed, the bed was unmade and the bathroom was not cleaned. She asked if I "reserved " cleaning that day! I read her their notice about daily "light touch" cleaning being provided Monday-Friday. She said she would send someone to bring some fresh towels and take the trash away. This was 10pm. There are railroad tracks adjacent to the property. If you are bothered by jet noise, the railroad noise is worse. During the day, all day, you will hear loud construction noise, and during the night, it will be planes, trains and automobiles.

We've stayed here befoe. We love the property an the staff is super friendly. Would definitely recommend to friends, family & co-workers. Love that there's a bar downstairs too. Only complaint would be that the elevators are very slow.

Just needed a place to spend the night. But check in personnel had zero warmth and gave us conflicting information. They have a bar, but bartender seemed to be there at his own will at 5-6 pm. Room was comfortable enough.

Good stay.

Great property and staff. Only issue that I experienced was that our toilet didn’t properly flush and was not able to get someone to fix it until an hour before check out. Aside from that, the room was spacious and comfortable.

I was really impressed with the staff, the service, the buffet breakfast and how clean the interior was. Noisy because of the airport and the trains but that’s just the way it is. I would stay there again for a one night transit.

Stayed one night before a cruise. Welcomed by a nice, polite shuttle driver at the airport. Greeted at the hotel by staff and quickly assigned a nice, clean, comfortable room. The happy hour food & drink was a nice touch. Would certainly stay again.
