Enjoy this spacious apartment located at Tides Condominium in Hollywood, an Oceanfront resort-like condominium ideal for vacation rentals.
The apartment consists of two bedrooms master bedroom with a King size bed and second bedroom with two full beds. Full bathroom with bathtub and shower and a half bath. Integrated dining and living room with a sofa for a maximum capacity of 6 guests total. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to make a full meal. The unit has a balcony with beautiful ocean views.
Washer & dryer on every floor accessible with a prepaid washer card.

Tides condominium offers resort style amenities with an ocean front pool and a gym. Business center and cafe with groceries available.

Tides charges the following fees payable to the condominium association :

The walls were dirty there was an up charge for everything, parking a key fob, etc….. not happy at all

NIGHTMARE

Roach Infestation, kitchen ceiling plastic was completely open, stains on couch and chairs,worst of all was blood stain on comforter. No mattress pads on bed, no extra blankets or sheets, we had only 4 towels and 4 wash cloths. Amenities are not accurately marketed. JUST DON'T GO THERE!

!!! Stay away from this condo.

This apartment had to be repaired years ago. I don't know how can you rent something in this condition. Also we were surprised with $75 parking which is the weekly fee (we stayed just 3 nights) and "Fob" fee $30 per adult. Even that we didn't use any of the amenities.

Overall I enjoyed my stay. It was a very nice location with a very nice pool. The apartment was clean and provided typical household items for our stay. However the check I’m process what a bit messy and complicated.
