Mala experiencia

Mala experiencia, la vivie mnda no esyaba lista para la entrada, sin sabanas ni toallas, luces exteriores sin funcionar, sombrilla rota, exterior sucio, la casa olia a humedad, sin palabras... en fin, que nos fuimos a otro sitio. Nos devolvieron el dinero de la reserva, estamos agradecidos por ello. Lo que pudo ser un desastre al menos no estropeo el viaje.

Good Commute

Was close to the beach, malls, and our Doctors office. The hottub in unit 2 Does not work. Check in was delayed because the property owner gave us no instructions or codes until 1 HR later. Had a hard time getting in touch with them. Said someone was coming to look at hot tub and it never got fixed. Other than that it was OK. Walls were dirtu. Holes on door etc. But was OK for the commute to where we had to go.

Don’t Trust Images.

Can’t judge a book by its cover literally. This property looked nothing like the images nothing. Hot tub was dirty with a frog in it. Bathtub had mold. There’s spiders in every corner you turn. The walls are cracking the ceilings are cracking. Active termites. The host didn’t reach out to me unless I spoke with support and they called the host to contact me . I’m still waiting to be reimbursed because this was absolutely absurd. This property has potential. It’s just up to the host to actually care about their home rather than leaving it as is to have other people in it feeling uncomfortable. I just want my money back I feel scammed.

Stay from hell

Dirty. Spider web in both bed room. Hot tub was nasty. Host took to long to answer. Gave us the wrong code to get in. They only left one role of bath tissue. Only 4 bath towels 2 face towel. Hole in one of the bed room doors. Stain on walls.

This home looks nothing like the pics, in or out. The front door was wide open upon arrival and the key pad didn't work. We were unable to lock the door leaving us feeling unsafe and uneasy. I reported it to the host and it was never addressed. We left without stating. without

Good location to everything, neighborhood isn’t the cleanest but felt safe. House has a lot of potential, but needs more attention to cleaning the walls and baseboards. It had almost everything we needed, but lacked kitchen towels, hot pads and there were no cleaning supplies, not even a broom. Hot tub was dirty and not hot for our unit so we didn’t get to use it. There is two units in this property and both have hot tubs but we didn’t check the other units hot tub as there were guest in that unit. Also the bathroom tub could use something to prevent slips while showering. Beds were comfortable. Front room could use another couch or chair. Overall stay was good for what we needed.

False advertisement..what you see online is false!!

We wanted to love this property but unfortunately the hosts made that impossible to do so. Our stay immediately started off with issues. We were unable to retrieve the key from lockbox as it would not open.Thankfully the code to the elecronic lock on the door worked. We placed all of our belongings indoors and switched into our swimsuits ready to enjoy the beautiful miami weather only to find out our jacuzzi did not work. Water was filthy full of bugs & trash, water was cold & the buttons did not work. Contacted the hosts they said they would send out the jacuzzi person to check it out. They did & they said it was broken.. i reached out to the hosts to relay the message but thats when the days with no response from the host began.. my husband & i got the run around when someone would reply to me via vrbo inbox. I finally called the number provided on vrbo & got told by someone i had no idea who she was, that i would be compensated.. days went on again w/ messages ignored by the hosts & finally now that i am back home after paying for 9 days of a "jacuzzi" listed unit i was offered a 100 reimbursement!! After paying 2100!! So no working jacuzzi which was the selling point, unit & rug were ilthy had to buy broom & mop & clean it myself, police showed up for unit #1 because hosts TRIPLE booked them!!Leaving 2 couples stranded w/o a place to stay. No toiletries or welcome basket waiting for you. Lounge cushions molded black. We would not recommend this host!! KEEP LOOKING!!

Great Price

The place does look a bit different than the pictures. But it is still a great place to stay. No mayor issues that would ruin the stay. 20 min from amazing places and attractions. The host was very easy to get ahold of and would fix anything. 10/10 would recommend

Very different from the gallery. The rugs in the living and bedrooms were very dirty. There were no shampoo, no soup, no rug outside the bath. Really sad, I recomend to look another option for the same price.

Lovely stay but this happened…

We really loved staying here but sadly there were some issues. We were not given enough bedding for the group. Also we were locked out the first night because the mechanism for the door lock wasn’t working. The mechanism for the door lock stopped working again through our stay. However we absolutely loved this place. Such a beautiful garden, good location and parking options.
