Wonderful vacation spot

We had a great time here as family with kids. Great location and amenities - right by the beach, grocery stores nearby, and even immediate care is within 5 minutes from the property.Food and beverages are very expensive at the hotel restaurants so we stocked up at groceries nearby and went out to eat elsewhere.Definitely recommend.

Good unit, location, and beach. Mediocre building

Unit was clean with 2 separate bedrooms which was nice for the family. Good view from balcony, nice beach. Beach chairs, umbrella, and towels included which was nice!Receptionist at hotel was extremely rude and demeaning to all guests I saw. I was very taken back when she yelled at an old couple during checkout. Don't expect to be treated nicely by the staff. There are fines for literally everything and it doesn't feel very inviting. I watched them call the police on a guy at the pool for sleeping on a chair by the pool after drinking too much but wasn't bothering anyone (because they wanted to free up the chair). It made a huge scene. Elevators didn't work sometimes and we had to walk 32 floors of stairs. And when they did work they are sometimes a 10 min wait. Fire alarm went off once which is scary being so high up. Good but expensive food choices on property and next door. You can have food delivered but if you are not there waiting right when it is delivered they will fine you. I wouldn't come back.

Modern with lots of lines for everything

Check in took about an hour in line. There was 2 check in personnel but one never took anyone and if someone walked in front of her she would walk away for a bit. We checked in just to have to get in line for the elevators that took forever and there were long lines. When on the elevator our pass didnt work so we had to go back in line to get the passes fixed which took another hour. Once we finally got to the room it was great. We tried to go to the beach just to be told the chairs on the beach are not available to us and chair for us were further down. We went down to where we were told were the chairs to be told to go back in front of the hotel. We never did find where on the beach we were allowed to be and all the staff was very rude except for one bellman that was very busy. There were no chairs available in the none owner section of the pool. The restaurant at the pool was high priced (22 for cheaoest anything, drink or food) so we decided to hang at room. Doordash was good other than having to add 30 mins for elevator time. Great view of the ocean and very nice when in the room. If there was a better checkin, more chairs at pool and allowed to bring drinks and food to pool would have been great. No idea for beach, I couldnt figure out what was allowed there or who to talk to to allow sitting.

Nice, high end property- Beware of extra fees!

Booked easily and property as described. Unfortunately, resort fees were not openly stated on website description. I received an unexpected notice from the resort that advised I would be paying an additional 40/ day for resort amenities that I had no intention of using. I did not receive that notification until it was too late to cancel the booking. The property manager said this was in the listing but apparently buried quite deeply! She was not upfront with me on this booking. Beds were comfortable and property was clean. No shelves in either shower so you have to put soap/ shampoo on floor. Master bath sink drains very slowly. Living area tv remote needs to be held no more than 1 foot from the tv to operate.

We had an excellent stay at this property — spacious 2BR unit, right on the beach, great pool area, convenient restaurant and fitness center, and amazing views of the beach and the inter-coastal.

Great stay!

This was exactly as advertised and perfect to accommodate our family of 5. The sofa bed is not a pull out but still good size however not as comfy so my two kids just shared one of the full size beds. The view is spectacular but allow time to get up there in the elevators. It’s a very busy condominium/hotel. Tons of guests coming and going all the time, but the staff, the restaurant, the pool, gym and the valet were so very organized and it was an easy check in and check out process! Great host, easy to get in touch with. I didn’t love the area for our young family because not much is walkable but to get beach and pool time in, it served it’s purpose. Above all, the place was extremely clean and very comfortable! Highly recommend.

Very Nice!

The property is within resort/residential development high-rise. Easily 4-Star property…close to 5-Star. Beachfront was easily accessible and had their own private slice of the sand! Very enjoyable! Oceanside views were incredible from this unit which is on 32nd floor! Interior is sleek and contemporary! Communication with host was excellent throughout! Great property in South Florida!
