While the Radisson is an older property it is well maintained. The staff was pleasant, helpful and accommodating. Also, direct access to the beach and complimentary towels, lounge chairs and umbrellas were a big plus. Also the salt water pool was nice. I will definitely be back.

Beds aren’t up to date but the marble stair case and nice pool made up for it! No microwave, not the nicest room I’ve stayed in but I would come back just for the wide hallways and marble floors. Very Miami.

My family and I were robbed on the beach. The thief stole our phones and took all of our cash. Even though the robbery occurred on the beach located directly behind the hotel, the hotel staff refused to assist my family and me in contacting the police to report the crime. The so-called supervisor treated us with disdain and seemed extremely annoyed by our victimization. The supervisor stated that she cannot help us because the robbery did not occur on hotel grounds. Being robbed is traumatizing, but the inhuman treatment that we received from the hotel front desk staff was horrendous!

It was just average. For a "resort" there were not enough dining options. I did not receive my parking credit. The outdoor pool bar area lacked personality that one normally finds at a nice beachfront hotel.

Will definitely stay here again. We enjoyed the trip and stay the only thing I miss was taking a swim in the pool and relaxing at the beach. It rain almost everyday while we were in Florida.
