This property is less than 7 miles away from the Hard Rock Stadium, less than 4 miles from the beach, and 10 minutes from the world famous Bal Harbour Shops and beaches. This is a huge two bedrooms two bathrooms duplex. Private entrance, free parking in front of the house, billiard room, new full kitchen, microwave, coffee maker, etc. Separate outdoor grill with sitting area, each duplex has its own grill. NO MARIJUANA/WEED SMOKING IN THE ENTIRE PROPERTY. Cigarette smoking is allowed outdoors. The pool will only be heated in WINTER, December 21 through March 21 to the maximum temperature allowed of 84 degrees. Please be aware that this is a swimming pool, and NOT a hot tub. This home is for the stated amount of registered guests. There is not outside guests allowed in the premises without the expressed permission from the host, under any circumstance for the entire time of the reservation. There are cats in the yard. There are security cameras in the front yard, near the entrance door. The gardener cleans the property on Mondays and Thursdays (twice a week), and the pool guy cleans the pool on Wednesdays. This property is not handicap or obese people accessible, there are steps and the furniture is not reinforced.
