The apartment was wonderful, spacious, airy, and an easy walk to anything you'd like to see or do in Roma Norte. We felt safe walking at night and in the apartment. The concierge was knowledgeable about things to do complete with sending links to buy tickets to Lucha libre, which was a big hit! There was a hiccup with a pipe leaking but that was taken care of quickly. I also would recommend that if you have any disability or difficulty climbing stairs to look for a different place because this did require ascending 2 flights of winding stairs which wouldn't have been possible for some people I've traveled with before.

Great property overall! The highlight was the large private rooftop with a grill, seating, and a partial shade cover. Our only downside, which only affected us on the last day, was very low water pressure in the kitchen sink.

Amazing stay in Roma Norte area in an authentic México City apartment. So many restaurants, bars and shops nearby. Great responsiveness of manager too. Highly recommend!

Great condo in a great area. The space is large and has all the basic items that you need and has a washer and dryer. The foodie scene is literally right outside your door. The staff were great.

No deadbolt + sewage smell, but great location

The location is amazing and there's plenty of space in the apartment. However, in the end I felt the apartment was just okay. The chief complaint is that there's no deadbolt. Without knowing who has the code to the door this is an uncomfortable feeling. Additionally, the apartment has a really bad sewage smell and looks different from the photos. I was excited to rent such a green space and was very disappointed to see none of the plants from the photos were still in the apartment which gave it a pretty drab feel.

The property was located in a perfect part of Roma Norte. Charming, quaint and beautiful. Tons of restaurants and bars and cafes nearby, made it very convenient. You’ll love the area! The apartment itself looks great on paper and for the most part it does a good job. A few things are needed, for example raise the mirror in the bathroom. It is positioned for the height of someone 4’-5’ tall. Also, the main bedroom needs another extension cord on the far side of the bed so that the fan (which is needed!) can accolade the person sleeping on that side of the bed. Also, please remove all spiders on the ceiling, which there were several. And, besides the thoughtful filtered water container provided, and a little coffee/filters/brown sugar, there are no other kitchen staples whatsoever. Also, bring mosquito spray, since you’ll want to open the beautiful, large windows and the two small fans won’t do the trick. Overall, I’d rate this property a 7.5 out of 10.

Roma Norte - in a home away from home

The Local Way Roma Vintage apartment was the most amazing home away from home we could have imagined. So convenient to walk around the whole town - right near a park, many restaurants and shops, groceries, and just a beautiful neighborhood of amazing architecture, food and people. We felt very safe the whole time. The staff who came and cleaned a few times were so polite, pleasant, and thorough. And the communication with the home office was always immediate and so helpful - from answering questions/needs about the area to even setting up an in-home Covid-test service (required for our flight home to the US). Our own personal concierge! Thank you to Frida, Hamada, Belin and the whole team. We will definitely recommend this to our friends - and we will visit again and stay in a Local Way apartment Gracias!

This property is absolutely amazing, in the heart of Colonia Roma, its very convenient to move around the city or just relax in a street cafe nearby. Convenience stores, wine shops, coffee shops and bistros are also at walking distance. I would definitely stay here again!
